CASE STUDY 1 of 3:
Luxury French Maison
We’ve worked extensively with a luxury french fashion Maison to develop 4 bespoke apps that allow users to shop and customize a wide selection of goods, from shoes to watches.
This iconic French fashion Maison came to us with a series of challenging and visionary projects. We partnered with them for 2 years to develop 4 very customized apps, for demanding customers buying luxury goods. The first app is a full-screen, multi-lingual web solution, that has allowed users all over the world to place tens of thousands of orders. It showcases 28 product lines, comprising 270 products, and allows personalization in Latin, Chinese, Arabic and Cyrillic alphabets. The second app is also a full-screen web app, providing 3D visualization of demi-mesure or sur-mesure bags in exotic skins. The third app is a hybrid app for ordering men’s demi-mesure suits, coats, waistcoats and shirts with personalized buttons, embroidering, soutaches, linings, and more. The last app is a full-screen web app allowing the 3D visualization of customized timepieces, with a detailed overlay of components such as the oscillating weight movement, dial, strap, case back, and more.

We developed a unified back-end for these apps, to manage products and inventory, process orders, export reports, and much more. The technical challenges were myriad – for example, personalized leather embossing needed to be convincingly rendered, and the overall appearance and user experience had to uphold the brand’s demanding standards, while legacy data needed to be seamlessly integrated.
